Aphrodite’s Arrow

Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Patron Silver
  • ¾ oz. Raspberry Purée
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • ½ oz. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice



Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over ice in a rocks glass.










The Dove




Ingredients


  • 2 oz. Cazcanes Blanco No. 7
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 4 oz. Grapefruit Soda
  • Jarritos, Squirt, or Fresca, or fresh-squeezed
  • Grapefruit Juice
  • Garnish: Grapefruit wedge or lime wheel



Preparation

  1. Rim a highball glass with lime and dip in coarse salt.
  2. Add tequila, lime juice, and salt to the glass.
  3. Fill with ice, top with grapefruit soda, and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.

Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. BACARDÍ Peach Rum
  • 4 oz. Prosecco
  • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
  • ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup



Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Shake with a Boston shaker and strain into a white wine glass.
  3. Garnish with 2 raspberries on a pick and serve.

Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Aviation American Gin
  • ½ oz. Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
  • ½ oz. Basil and Rose Honey
  • ½ oz. Bergamot
  • Mineral Water, to top



Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients and shake for 5 seconds.
  2. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass and top with mineral water
  3. Garnish with a basil “boat” and dehydrated roses.










The Heartbreaker




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Plata
  • ½ oz. Strawberry Creme
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsp. Strawberry Jam
  • Garnish: Strawberry or Cherry



Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over ice.

  • 1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire East
  • ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
  • ¼ oz. Rose Water
  • ¼ oz. Hand Pressed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Turbinado Sugar Syrup



Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a rose petal and lime twist.










Will You Be Mine

Ingredients


  • 1 ¼ oz. Stoli Razberi Vodka
  • ¾ oz. Chambord
  • 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 4 Raspberries
  • 1 tsp. Agave
  • Lemonade, to top
  • Soda Water, to top



Preparation

  1. In a shaking tin add 4 raspberries and muddle.
  2. Then add vodka, Chambord and lemon juice.
  3. Squeeze in about a teaspoon of agave, add a little more if you like it sweeter (simple syrup works here too if that’s what you have on hand, go with ½ oz to start).
  4. Add ice to your shaking tin and shake for about 10 seconds.
  5. Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass and top it off with half lemonade and half soda water.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and a dried rosebud for a cute valentine’s touch!

Lovers Lane

Ingredients


  • ¾ oz. Charbay Vodka
  • ¾ oz. Mozart Chocolate Liqueur
  • ¼ oz. Chambord
  • ¾ oz. Heavy Cream
  • 4-5 Fresh Raspberries



Preparation

  1. In a shaker tin, add your raspberries and muddle.
  2. Add all other ingredients, ice, and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with dried rose petals.

You’re In My Heart




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. SMOKE LAB Vodka
  • 1 oz. Vermut Lustau Rose’ Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Portland Syrups Rose Cordial
  • 3 oz. Mionetto Prosecco Rose’
  • ¼ tsp. pink edible glitter
  • Garnish: 1 Red Rose Petal



Preparation

  1. Combine SMOKE LAB Vodka, Vermouth, Rose Cordial and edible glitter in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a flute or coupe.
  3. Top with Prosecco Rose’ and garnish with a red rose petal.










Chateau Breakfast




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Herradura Reposado
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Chambord
  • ¼ oz. Raspberry Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz. Egg White



Preparation

  1. 1. Dry Shake.
  2. 2. Shake with Ice.
  3. 3. Fine strain serve up.










Woodford Reserve Bourbon Raspberry Sour




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
  • ½ oz. Chambord
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Woodford Reserve Chocolate Bitters



Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake, and double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
  2. Garnish with three skewered raspberries.










Glendalough Rose Martini




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Glendalough Wild Rose Gin
  • ½ oz. Dry Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist



Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.










Rose and Raspberry Fizz




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Glendalough Wild Rose Gin
  • ½ oz. Raspberry Syrup
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • 1 ½ oz. Soda Water



Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice.
  2. Strain into a tall ice filled glass.
  3. Add the soda, then garnish with a raspberry and a freshly torn and slapped sprig of mint.










Pomegranate Citrus Avaline Rose Spritz

Ingredients


  • 1 c. Pomegranate Juice
  • 1-2 Grapefruits, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 Blood Oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. Kumquats, sliced in half (optional)
  • 1 bottle of Avaline Rose
  • Sparkling Water (to taste)



Preparation

  1. Combine pomegranate juice, grapefruit, blood oranges, kumquat slices, and Avaline Rosé in a large pitcher.
  2. When ready to serve, top with sparkling water (to taste), a slice of grapefruit, and a couple kumquat halves.










(RED)rita




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Tequila Lobos 1707 Reposado
  • ½ oz. Pierre Ferard Dry Curaçao
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura West Indian Orange Bitters
  • Pomegranate Arils



Preparation

  1. Rim your rocks glass with Tajin and fill with ice.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into rocks glass.










Blushing Heart Spritz




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. ST‑GERMAIN
  • 2 oz. MARTINI Rosé Prosecco (or Still Rosé wine)
  • 2 oz. Soda Water
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Lime Wedge, for garnish
  • Mint Sprig, for garnish













Sweetheart Affair




Ingredients


  • 2 oz. BACARDÍ Superior Rum
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/3 oz. Extra Fine Sugar



Preparation

  1. Add lime juice and sugar to a shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Pour in the BACARDÍ Superior rum and fill the shaker with half-cubed ice, followed by some half-crushed ice.
  3. Place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Finally, strain through a fine tea strainer into a chilled coupette.










Cupid’s Flight




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796
  • ¾ oz. Martini Bitters
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup



Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in shaken tin, add ice, shake and strain over glassware.
  2. Garnish with pineapple leaf and lime wheel.










Bacan Berry Smash




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. Bacan Guaro 29
  • ½ cup of Fresh Raspberries or 2 oz. Frozen Raspberries, defrosted
  • Juice from ½ Lime
  • ½ oz. Agave (adjust to taste)
  • Grapefruit Soda
  • Mint and/or Pink Grapefruit Slice



Preparation

  1. Muddle mint, raspberries, lime, agave and Bacan 29.
  2. Add ice and shake in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour into rocks glass over ice.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with mint and/or slice of pink grapefruit.










Champaguaro

Ingredients


  • 2 oz. Bacan Guaro 29
  • 2 oz. Champagne (Brut or Nature), well chilled



Preparation

  1. Add Bacan into a flute or coupe and top with chilled Champagne.
  2. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim.










Bacanccino




Ingredients


  • 1 ¾ oz. Bacan Guaro 24
  • 3 oz. Espresso (cooled)
  • ½ oz. White Chocolate Syrup
  • Dark Chocolate, grated



Preparation

  1. Add Bacan Guaro 24, cooled espresso, and white chocolate syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until cold.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with grated dark chocolate on top.










The Reid Berry Caipiroska




Ingredients


  • 1 ½ oz. The Reid Vodka
  • 1 Whole Lime, cut into quarters
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3-4 Fresh Medium Strawberries or 4-5 Frozen Strawberries (defrosted)*



Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle lime and strawberries.
  3. Add ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and mint.

Additional Notes

*Note: If using puree instead of strawberries, use: 2 oz. The Reid Vodka, 1 oz. strawberry puree, 5-6 lime wedges and muddle lime, puree, and The Reid. Adjust for personal sweetness/sourness. Add crushed ice, swizzle, top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a strawberry and mint.
